Hopelink brokers Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) in King and Snohomish counties for medical services covered by Medicaid.

Ride requests can be made between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday in either King or Snohomish County. Please call one the numbers below and have the following information readily available:

If you are a Medicaid eligible client, Hopelink can offer you a gas card as an option to cover your costs for getting to and from your medical appointment. Click here for more information about Gas Cards.
