We are putting a pause on accepting Nursing applications for the month of September.
Nursing applications will close on the evening of September 6th.They will reopen on October 1st.

What do I need to apply to the Nursing program?

- Attend the required Virtual Nursing Overview Session. This LIVE, virtual session is offered over Zoom. Please click here to sign up. Session dates are posted monthly.
- Completion of college Biology with lab with a grade of B (83%) or better within the last 10 years
  - Note: As an upper-level college Biology class, college Anatomy and Physiology with lab may be used to fulfill this requirement
  - Students must show they are ready to take collge-level English and college-level Math. Eligibility may be demonstrated through placement, course enrollment, previous college coursework, or high school transcripts.
  - The recommendation is submitted through the application. There is not a separate form. The recommendation should be from an individual who can evaluate your performance in a work or classroom setting and cannot be fromrelatives and family members.
  - We can accept TEAS scores taken on-campus at Middlesex Community College. We also accept TEAS scores taken on-campus at any public Massachusetts community college part of the state system (this excludes Quincy College).
  - Middlesex Community College does not combine or round scores.
  - Students can take the TEAS three times within the calendar year. When retesting students must wait 45 days between testing dates.

    - Full-Time Day program starts a class of 30 students every Fall (September) and Spring (January)
    - Part-Time Evening/Weekend program starts a class of 30 students every Fall (September)
    If you have not met the requirements for Nursing:
    - Complete a Middlesex Community College Admission Online Application choosing the Health Pathway. We encourage you to meet with an admissions counselor to plan how you will meet the course requirements to apply. Please call 1-800-818-3434 to schedule an appointment.

    Nursing LPN-RN Advanced Placement Option
    
    We are currently encouraging all LPNs to apply to Fundamentals due to reduced wait time, seat availability and guaranteed admission for qualified applicants.
