Everything it is t-mobile(usb sim card device) huawei it is a monitoring software if you have plugged your sim thumb drive to your computer to surf, not needed to run if you don't use that device eat up lilmemory and it is worthless if you don't use the device, though it sounds dangerous ;)

Our Huawei mobile broadband was provided by Three, and the DataCardMonitor.exe runs when the modem is d.i.'d to the P.C. It's P.I.D. is right up there with the best of them - And I did NOT know it could log keystrokes :~(

Had to go online to see what I could find out about DataCardMonitor. It was seen in Task Manager as "Running" but was not an application I knew I was using! Everything seemed to be going wrong with PC - chugging, taking ages to load everything, drag in completing tasks - but once DCM was uninstalled, the chugging stopped and apps opened instantly. (Even typing this has been speedy. Hooray! :-D)
